Welcome To Solomon’s Online Magic Shop

Welcome to the video downloads section. In this section I’m offering to teach some of the stuff I have come up with over the years learning magic. Most of these tricks have fooled a lot of magicians and laypeople alike. I have been working on most of them for over a decade now and am finally releasing it to the magical fraternity to purchase and use. If you were to buy them and really put in the effort these tricks deserve, it will definitely fool even the seasoned magician or the occasional fast company.
I am releasing all these tricks as video downloads.
Why not books? Why video?
I've never seen anyone, anywhere learn magic so quickly or easily, than through the magic of video. I do instructional videos simply because books and written instructions just don't work the same way. A book DESCRIBES how to do a trick, but it can't SHOW you how to do it.
I take you by the hand and explain not only how to create an illusion in someone's
mind but why the psychology works to create the illusion. You will learn step-by-step,
how to do and perform each illusion...
I do however include a manuscript in some of
these tricks but only as a tool to further explore my thoughts on that particular
trick..
The Shade
A shuffled deck of cards are spread evenly on the table. The magician pulls out a card at random and names it before turning it over face up. The audience members are perplexed. This is repeated three times much to the audience members growing curiosity. The deck of cards are then handed to a spectator to be mixed and returned to the performer. Without any seemingly false moves the magician spreads the deck face down and pulls out a card and names it before turning it face up like before and he is once again correct. To add to the tomfoolery a card is FREELY selected, lost into the deck and handed to the spectator to mix up as he pleases. When he is satisfied that there is no way for the magician to know the location of the selection, the deck is handed back to the magician. The magician spreads the deck just like before and pulls out a card. The suspense mounts as the..Read more..

Spoon FX
If you do any sort of psychic demonstration, you will know that it’s getting harder to convince people of your psychic powers after bending a spoon what with thee advent of the internet and the growth of continual exposure on what’s supposed to be a closely guarded secret. The usual question after a spoon bending demonstration is usually, “Can you bend it back?”. Or they might say “Can you do it with my spoon?”. In the old days you’d be stuck but now that you have decided on purchasing Spoon F/X, you’re way ahead of them.
There are many DVD's out there that teach metal bending but none can really be done with a hard spoon. And when somone asks you to bend it back, you’d be stuck. Spoon F/X anticipates the usual audience reaction when they see a spoon bend. This is my take on it. Put some work into it and it might just go into your arsenal of practical tricks that you can do anytime..Read more
This trick leads your spectators down the garden’s path as you show and tell a story about a not so well known technique used by card sharps to fleece their customers.
Its reminiscent of Dunbury’s Aces but in this routine the Aces can be shown lost into the deck thereby making the denouement ever so much more surprising!
This is my attempt at improving a classic trick by adding a move and reworking the patter therefore making it unique and a lot more logical than before as opposed to the traditional patter that is used by most magicians presenting this effect.
Also you will learn an utility move that can be used in your..Read more..
